Executive - HR & Admin
Job Context
We, HARD Group are seeking an energetic and knowledgeable Executive- HR and Admin, who would assist in managing various HR and administrative functions. This can include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and general office administration. You may work closely with HR managers, administrators, and other team members to ensure smooth operations within the HR and administrative departments.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in manpower planning, recruitment, selection & documentations,
Prepare & supervise all HR-related letters such as appointment letters, job descriptions, letters of confirmation, and letters for enhancement, performance appraisal, induction & orientation.
Staffing of all departments/ Concern/ Companies as per Company's requirements.
Assist in creating and designing Organizational Development Strategies.
Handling employee grievances employee relations & counseling.
Assist in the development of strategic HR Policy, Procedures & Guidelines.
Prepare different reports, presentations, organization charts & HR-related analyses.
To coordinate all recruitment processes to ensure timely selection & placement of right person in right place.
To coordinate candidates for recruits after receiving the Management-approved Talent Hunt requisition from the respective department head.
To update and maintain the organization organograms of the departments to have detailed information about the filled up vacant and new positions.
Establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives.
Facilitation and coordination of the performance review and employee development programs.
Build and maintain effective operating relations with management and employees to provide advice and counsel to both employee-related and organizational matters.
Protect the interests of employees and the company by Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.
Training and development-related processes to meet the ultimate goal of the organization.
To provide administrative & Logistics supports to the Head office & projects.
Handling of attendance software & pay roll management.
Experience in Human Resources information system (HRIS).
Any other job as assigned by the superior.

Educational Requirements
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM or masters with PGD (HRM) with Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM.
Experience Requirements
3 to 5 year(s)

Age 25 to 34 years

Willing to traveling and visit project site at Manikganj & Faridpur.
Work experienced on Microfinance & fisheries sector will get advantage.
Good in computer typing both in Bangla & English.
Should be smart & well communication / co-ordination.
Good in internet browsing & capable to use social media.
Able to hard work &keep challenging mentality.
Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with all department.
Needs to have considerable knowledge / understanding of Human Resource Management & Compliance.
Mentality to achieve the goal through TEAM efforts.
